FLYING A KITE

Well, I haven't blogged in over two weeks so I have lots to catch up on. Two Saturdays ago (4/17) we took the kids down by the lake to fly a kite. Diana didn't like the wind so she chose to watch most of the time but Davis had a great time. It was super windy so it ended up being a perfect day for Davis to fly his first kite. I have to add that Michael got the kite caught in a tree right before we were going to leave (he was talking to me and not paying attention) but to my surprise was able to get it out with his creative engineering skills. Daddy was the hero of the day after that!
